Welding procedures
Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) qualified by Procedure Qualification Records (PQR).
Welder qualifications
Welders qualified for the processes and positions they weld.
Inspection and Test Plans
Project ITP defines inspections, hold points and witness points.
Dimensional inspection
Length, hole positions, camber and squareness checked against drawings.
Non-destructive testing
UT, MT or PT by qualified inspectors where the specification requires it.
Coating inspection
Surface preparation and dry film thickness recorded.
Third-party inspection
Client or third-party inspectors welcome to witness inspections.
Manufacturing records
Compiled quality dossier handed over with the shipment.
